Jennifer Fahy, Proposal Specialist

Jennifer Fahy joined EZGSA in April of 2005 as a Proposal Specialist.Prior to coming aboard, Jennifer held positions of increasing scope and responsibility.These included: managing million dollar proposals; contract administration for multiple GSA schedules; acting as a direct liaison with contracting officers in support of numerous government agencies, such as the Naval Sea Systems Command, the U.S. Marine Corps, the Department of Justice, and the Military Sealift Command.

Over the past five years, Jennifer has assisted more than 50 companies with comprehensive support in their efforts to obtain and manage GSA FSS contracts.Her experience includes acquisition planning, financial analysis and management, technical proficiency in GSA Schedule contract regulations, and differences among FSS Schedules.She also provides comprehensive analysis of client data, development of pricing strategy with cost build up, proposal writing/submission, negotiation, RFP tracking, teaming agreements, consulting agreements, subcontract administration, and non-disclosure agreements.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree from Humboldt State University, Arcata, California.
