    Jo Fagan joined JDLM after more than 20 years in publishing.She was most recently Vice President, Director of Subsidiary Rights at Crown Publishers, a division of Random House, where she managed and directed their rights business, both domestic and foreign.She began her publishing career at Doubleday & Company, Inc., both in the contracts and editorial departments.

    Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Jo received her B.A. in Political Science (a subject that still fascinates) from Brooklyn College.Her other interests include commercial fiction, non-fiction, biography/memoirs, illustrated lifestyle/cookbooks, and sports, with a particular emphasis on baseball.She actually attended her first baseball game at Ebbett's Field, although was much too young to appreciate or remember it.But she does remember getting a day off from school when the Brooklyn Dodgers won the World Series.

    Jo enjoys reading, travel, hanging out with friends, and is a big film buff.She lives in Manhattan.No dogs....yet.
