   Andrew Evans was appointed Chief Financial Offer of WebCentral in November 2005, after having been with the company for approximately 16 months in the role of Financial Controller.
   
   Andrew brings to WebCentral more than 16 years' experience in corporate finance and acquisitions gained from roles held in both Australia and the USA.He spent 10 years working with Renison Goldfields (now Iluka Resources) and also held accounting and consulting positions at Duke Energy and Stanwell Energy.Areas of specialisation during his career have been financial systems implementation, process re-engineering, company strategy review and resultant growth initiatives.
   
   Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland, and is a member of CPA Australia.
   
   Andrew is also CFO of WebCentral's parent company, WebCentral Group Limited (ASX: WCG).

   WebCentral Group Limited (ASX: WCG) has appointed Andrew Evans as Chief Financial Officer of both WebCentral Group and wholly owned subsidiary WebCentral Pty Limited, Australia's largest web and application hosting company.Based in Brisbane, Mr Evans is responsible for financial and related administrative services for both entities as well as for the Group's financial strategy.
