   Prior to Providus, Evans was most recently President and CEO of Lexign, Inc., responsible for the successful turnaround and sale of that business process automation and documentation software company.Prior to Lexign, Evans held executive positions at Scient Corporation, a global technology consulting and professional services company.As General Manager of Global Business Operations there, he created their business integration function and drove operations for global business processes.In this role Evans' group was responsible for effectively prioritizing, directing and managing high risk/high value corporate initiatives.He has also successfully held positions at Renaissance World, Inc., Reynolds & Reynolds, Inc. and Duplex Products, Inc. - both now part of Relizon.
