Evans graduated from The University of Texas with a B.B.A. and received his J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1996.He practices in general civil litigation, railroad litigation, transportation litigation, and personal injury defense.He is a member of the Texas Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and serves as President-elect of the Amarillo Area Young Lawyer's Association.
