Customer Service Veteran Brings Strong Operational Skills To Leadership Role At Service Delivery Software Provider
Reading, United Kingdom - 19 September 2002 - Axiom, a leading provider in Service Delivery software today named respected IT Industry executive Alexander Evans as CEO.
Evans, whose career spans senior level positions at fast growing, successful software companies, brings nearly 20 years experience in Operations, Sales, Marketing and General Management to Axiom.As CEO he will be responsible for leading the company into pole position as a global leader in Operational Support Systems (OSS).

Previously, Evans was Vice President International for Kana the market leader in eCRM, where he was responsible for all operations outside of North America.Kana is the third fastest growing enterprise software and ASP business of all time incorporating the acquisition of five other companies.Prior to this he was Vice President EMEA at Genesys Telecommunications, where he led the company in gaining the largest market share of the CTI market (Computer Telephony Integration) in EMEA.At Genesys Telecommunications, EMEA, he was responsible for all operations, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Professional Services.With over 40 partners in 22 countries and with over 400 customers across various vertical markets many of which lie in telecommunications, Evans experience will add great value to Axiom's hold of the telco market.
