   Carol has been working at LMSC since 1975. She has spent 21 years of that time in leadership positions and currently is the Resident Director of the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific for the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program in Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space. She has a B.A. in Management from Saint Mary's College in Moraga, California. She has also attended Santa Clara University, Penn State University, TUCK University and Standford University Management Training. Carol is a Diversity advocate and enjoys mentoring outstanding performers. Carol is also a LMEF Board member, NMA Advisor, LMERA advisor, YWCA/Girl Scout Leader and a Certified Chaplain. Carol has received the YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry Award.

   Carol Evanoff, with Lockheed Martin, said that of the more than 300 employees she supervises, nearly half will be eligible for retirement in three years. The average age of employees at the aerospace company is 50 years old, she said.
