   Ralph J. Evangelista is a certified public accountant with more than twenty years of professional experience. Prior to founding his own successful firm in 1991, Ralph was employed by a large New Jersey law firm formerly known as Shanley & Fisher, P.C. (presently known as Drinker & Biddle, LLP, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Partnership)and by a mid-sized New Jersey certified public accounting firm.
   
   Ralph earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Seton Hall University. He is a member of the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Taxation Committee of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association, and Trustee of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. A public speaker and discussion moderator, Ralph has testified on individual and corporate tax issues. He has testified before the New Jersey Assembly Oversight Committee and the Senate and Assembly Joint Legislative Committee. Additionally, Ralph is an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University where he teaches graduate and undergraduate level courses on Forensic Accounting.
   
   His firm, Evangelista & Associates, P.C., Certified Public Accountants, provides a full range of accounting, auditing, tax, and advisory services for a diverse clientele. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and Practical Accountant magazine. Ralph and his firm were subjects of a feature article in the Journal of Accountancy. He also wrote an article for the charter issue of the Monmouth University MBA Newsletter and continues to write articles for the Star Ledger Ask the Biz Brain section.
