Barbara is a partner of Management & Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Management & Capital Partners in December 2000, Barbara was Managing Director at Branthover Associates, a New York based executive search firm.Her expertise includes business development, marketing and sales positions across a broad range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, industrial, financial services, technology, and biotechnology.

Barbara began her career in sales and trading on Wall Street with First Boston Corporation and Drexel Burnham Lambert.Subsequently, she was Senior Vice President of Madeleine USA, a spin off of the German company Quelle A.G., and Senior Vice President of the Hanson Group, a direct selling company specializing in luxury goods.

Barbara received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Vanderbilt University.She lives in Bronxville, NY with her husband and three children.She has served on the Board of Governors of Lawrence Hospital for many years and is currently Chairman of the Pastoral Care Advisory Committee of Lawrence Hospital, as well as an Elder in the Reformed Church of Bronxville.In her spare time she likes to travel, entertain, read and exercise.
