Anne Eustice Vice President
Ms. Eustice joined Michaels Development Company (MDC) in 2002 and has been involved in a number of large scale multi-family projects.As Vice President, she is a member of a senior development team involved in all aspects of project development.Her duties include site evaluation and feasibility analysis, obtaining and planning project financing, preparing budgets and pro-formas, managing team members (including development partners, property management associates, construction and design teams, consultants, attorneys, finance agencies), coordinating with community stakeholders and the generation of new business.
Ms. Eustice has been integral in MMH's successful entrance into the Military housing privatization field through the Army Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) program.She aided in the preparation of the various qualifications submittals as well as the successful proposal which led to its first award, Fort Leavenworth, KS, where she assumed the responsibility of CDMP (Community Development and Management Plan) Assistant Coordinator.She was directly responsible for the creation and approval of the CDMP, which is the business plan guiding the development and operations of 1,583 privatized homes for the next 50 years, as well as managing the day-to-day operations during this 6-month period of collaboration with the Army.
Prior to her involvement with Military housing privatization, she crafted several successful RFP responses adding over 1,500 units to the MDC portfolio.She has also prepared successful funding applications for federal and state Low Income Housing Tax Credits, funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank, and Hope VI grants through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Ms. Eustice graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Political Science from Rowan University.
