   Randy J. Eure, CFA Randy J. Eure, 49, serves as Chief Financial Advisor and is responsible for all accounting and financial functions of the Company. Prior to his advisory role, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Kite from June 2000 until October 2002. Mr. Eure is currently an equity partner with Carr, Riggs & Ingram, one of the 50 largest accounting firms in the nation. Prior to joining Kite in 2000, Mr. Eure was employed with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Jackson, Mississippi, where he served as a senior manager in assurance and advisory services for 22 years. Mr. Eure's years of public accounting experience include a variety of industries in both private and public sectors, including broadcasting, consumer business, financial services, public utilities, and manufacturing. His advisory services have included consultation with respect to internal control design, SEC, and other regulatory reporting and mergers and acquisitions for public reporting, closely-held, and start-up companies.
