Dr. Euliano was a 1936 graduate of Allegheny College and graduated in 1940 from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He then began an internship at Hamot Hospital which was interrupted by the start of World War II. During the war, he served as a captain with the U.S. Army Air Force Medical Corps. Following the war, he returned to Hamot to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery and was elevated to attending orthopedist in 1950. Dr. Euliano was known and respected as an innovator in joint replacement surgery. In 1962, he was appointed chairman of the department of orthopedics at Hamot and served in that capacity for many years. Dr. Euliano also served as chief surgeon of Erie's Shriner's Children's Hospital. His professional memberships include the American Medical Association, Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Erie County Medical Society.
He was an avid golfer and was a member of the Kahkwa Country Club along with the Erie Maennerchor and former Aviation clubs.
