   Since the start of her career in 1981, Ms. Eugeni has gained a solid experience in design, estimating, planning and project management of foundation works, natural gas and electrical distribution networks, as well as expansion of refineries and pulp and paper mills. She has participated in the preparation of feasibility studies of hydroelectric power stations and in the design of irrigation systems. She has also participated in the preparation of claims and expert reports in such fields as electrical and mechanical works, heavy civil, industrial and commercial projects. She is active in the arbitration and negotiation of construction disputes, and has given testimony in arbitration.
   
   COGEREC calls upon the services of Ms. Eugeni for the execution of specific mandates.
