Deputy Scott Eubanks says this dead end road gets its fair share of traffic.

"Although it's not busy all the time the traffic that goes through is moving a a pretty good pace", he says.

There's no speed limit sign posted which means the limit is 30 miles an hour.

Anyone who has a driver's license should know the rules of the road,but we caught driver after driver going 40 miles an hour and up ... and most of them drive this road every day.

Eubanks says most offenders work at businesses on Hamburg.He says, "a lot of workers in that area travelling to and from their job"

Deputies Scott Eubanks and Chris Wells took second place in the partner ride.

"If one penny out of the dollar goes to the organization, it's legitimate," said Scott Eubanks, deputy sheriff for the Mobile County Sheriff's department."And they're not required by law to tell you how much of the dollar is going to the organization."

But that shouldn't keep you from asking."If they refuse to tell you, that should send a red flag right there," said Eubanks.

Many groups say they're raising funds for local police or firefighters."You'd be surprised by how much of the dollar does not go to, say, the fire department, police department, state troopers," Eubanks added.
