   The family of Richard Martin Etz-ler , 55 , of Decatur will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at Shelton Funeral Home. There will be no local funeral service.
   
   Mr. Etzler died Monday , Feb. 12 , 2001 , at his home. He was born March 10 , 1945 , in Pennsylvania to Robert Etzler and Ethel Melhorn Etzler. He was a member of the York Rite Masonic Bodies , Scottish and Masonic Bodies , Shrine Temple , Elks , American Legion , Loyal Order of the Moose , American Society of Safety Engineers and Association of Iron and Steelworkers. He was a salesman with Stein of Alabama.
   
   Survivors include his wife , Susan Etzler ; two sons , Shane Etzler and Sean Etzler , both of Decatur ; two daughters , Tara Birkhimer of Elkmont and Jennifer Etzler of Wintersville , Ohio ; his mother of Decatur ; two brothers , Donald Etzler of Norristown , Pa. , and Robert Etzler of New Port Richey , Fla. ; and four grandchildren.
