For further information, please contact Pamela Ettien of SoftResources LLC at (206) 860-2400.The City of Redmond (City) is undertaking a project to select and implement a financial management information system that includes Financials (General Ledger, Budgeting, Project Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets) and HRIS (Human Resources, Payroll, and Time & Attendance).Other modules under consideration but outside the scope of this engagement include: Utility Billing, Contract Management, Planning & Community Development, and Data Warehousing.The new system must be consistent with the City's preferred technical architecture, which is Microsoft Windows 2000, Office 2000, and the Microsoft SQL Server database, although other technical architectures may be considered.All suppliers who submit a Letter of Interest will be furnished a Request for Information (RFI), which will provide more information as to the nature of the project and the selection methodology being deployed.The RFI will be made available on Monday, February 3, 2003 to suppliers who submitted a Letter of Interest. (Note that a detailed RFP will not be issued to all suppliers who respond to the RFI, but will be required for submission by the final 3-4 shortlisted suppliers.)
