Jim Etter is a Partner of Tatum CFO Partners, LLP.He has over twenty-five years of diverse financial management experience with both public and private companies.The companies have ranged in size from a few million dollars to over a billion dollars in revenue.Jim's experience includes over 9 years of "hands on" international management both in staff and operational positions.His expertise includes manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, real estate, hospitality and construction industries.He has a strong background in start-up operations with emphasis on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, organization and administration.

Prior to joining Tatum CFO Partners, LLP, Mr. Etter served as the CEO and President of AmeriVest Properties Inc.AmeriVest is a real estate investment trust (REIT) concentrating in office buildings sector.He was responsible for preparing the company for a public offering and successfully led the IPO.In preparing the company for the IPO, Mr. Etter prepared the business plan, negotiated with the underwriters and lenders, and established the operating policies and procedures.After taking the company public, he negotiated the acquisition of nineteen properties.The acquisition process of the new properties included all due diligence evaluations, financing and capital restructuring of the new operations.He was responsible for taking the company from negative earnings and cash flow to positive earnings and cash flow in only one year.

Prior to this, Mr. Etter was the CEO of a recycling company responsible for processing solid waste for several counties.The process included the installation of new technology to remove approximately 75% of the waste stream from landfills.The new venture included negotiating contracts with government agencies, raising capital and long-term financing, establishing an organization and hiring a management team to operate the facility.

Prior to this, Mr. Etter was the CEO and/or CFO of several companies including a regional retail chain, ship repair operation, fast food franchise, and a resort and real estate company.He obtained his international experience with a "Big Five" international accounting firm and a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical health care manufacturer.

Mr. Etter holds BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Cincinnati.He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and past Chapter President.
