As Chief Planning Partner, Betty is responsible for the planning and programming of new projects.She works closely with the design team and clients in the provision of housing, health care, and supportive services in the Company's communities.

Betty's experience in the senior housing industry began as an intern at a 270-bed, skilled nursing facility.She remained there while gaining experience as Director of Therapeutic Services, Director of Ancillary Service's and as the facility Administrator.She was also an assisted living, adult day care, and CCRC administrator.

As an experienced long-term care administrator and systems coordinator for corporate operations, Betty has been responsible for dietary and environmental services as well as development of staff training programs.Using her expertise in support services and administration, she has developed OSHA and safety programs, corporate compliance training manuals and numerous policies and procedures manuals for all levels of care.

With expertise in facility start up, she has been responsible for the opening of ten new communities.As a project manager, Betty has provided oversight for all phases of project development including feasibility, conceptual design, budgeting, marketing, interiors, procurement, installation, and pay applications for all types of senior housing including independent, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory support facilities.

Betty has a B.S. in Health Care Management from Maryville University and an M.A. in Science Education for Webster University.She also holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Missouri at St. Louis.She was also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Missouri from 1991 through 2005.
