Pauline Etim-Ubah,

She started her journey with Cooltan as a volunteer then became the administrator and now is a trustee.She is currently working in Leisure and Arts Development at Merton Council.Beyond her work for Cooltan she is also engaged on a voluntary basis for Streatham Festival and other galleries.

She completed an Arts Administration and Management Certificate Diploma at Birkbeck, University of London and is currently studying at Wimbledon College of Art.
