John Etgen is the Director of Business Development for the National Security Solutions (NSS) business unit in L3 - Titan Corporation headquartered in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.Mr. Etgen is responsible for discovering and driving new business opportunities for L3-Titan goods and services, with a focus on the National Intelligence and Department of Defense communities.In addition, Mr. Etgen is deeply involved in crafting annual operating plans, strategic planning guidance, customer engagement priorities, industry profiles, and the merger & acquisition portfolio.

Mr. Etgen has over 20 years professional experience in the Intelligence and Defense communities as a military technician, federal employee, and industry executive.John is a proud graduate of the University Maryland University College where he pursued his degree for ten years while concurrently serving with the military overseas and raising a family.He also is a certified Program Management Professional and a seasoned cryptologist.

John Etgen, director of business development for the National Security Solution Group with L3 Titan Corp. in Annapolis Junction, and Richard Perrin, president of Annapolis-based AdvanTech, will serve on the Board of Directors through November 2006.
