   Diana Estremera is Vice President and one of the co-founders of May Development Services, the largest list broker for non-profit organizations in the world. Diana has more than 18 years experience working with nonprofit organizations on revenue-building activities. Major clients include Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC, Easter Seals, Disabled American Veterans, and North Shore Animal League America. In many instances, her programs and ongoing efforts for these non-profit organizations have resulted in tripling or quadrupling revenues. Diana has also led her clients to refocus and expand their fundraising activities. For example, she has been instrumental in helping Children's National Medical Center expand from a local donor program into a significant national mailer, increasing their active donors form 30,000 to well over 130,000. Working with Easter Seals she has played a key role in the organizations annual acquisition efforts. Through strategic planning, list brokerage and processing she has helped them increase their efforts to 20MM names annually. In 2002, Diana's efforts helped win May Development Services and Children's National Medical Center the prestigious "Renewal Package of the Year" award presented by the DMFA. Diana has been active participant in the Direct Marketing Association's Non-Profit Council.
