Ms. Estremera-Zink has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since late May 2001.She has been instrumental in our corporate structure, business contracts, online marketing/sales law and intellectual property protection.Prior to joining us, Ms. Estremera-Zink was in private practice and served as outside counsel to various online and start-up companies.In addition, her background includes practicing Intellectual Property Law as well as working as In-House Counsel for a fortune 500 company.Ms. Estremera-Zink holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts.
