This company is owned and operated by Joe Estrada, who has 17 years of knowledge and experience in the trade.Our continuing goal is to always remain up to date with the ever improving technology of pool/spa care, and take care of our customers one at a time.

Joe Estrada was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA.He began learning about swimming pools and spas at the young age of 6 years old.His mother and father owned a very successful business with over 500 accounts, several service trucks, and a premium retail store.He helped his mother operate the daily functions of a retail store until he was old enough to work with his father in the field.They taught him the technical aspects of the swimming pool/spa trade, with on the job training.For over 20 years, their business serviced more swimming pools and spas, and repaired and installed more swimming pool/spa equipment than any of their competitors at that time.Joe Estrada had hopes to take over where his family had left off.

After receiving his diploma from Centennial High School, he began attending Bakersfield College.With some college courses under his belt, he decided to work full time for a swimming pool/spa distribution company.One year later Joe went to work for a swimming pool/spa service company, then worked for a pool/spa builder.Shortly after that, he knew it was time to continue the legacy of his parents, and create Sunsational Pools!

Over the last 5 years Joe has attended swimming pool/spa trade shows and N.S.P.I. (National Spa and Pool Institute) credited courses.He is factory trained with Pentair Pool Products, the world leader in swimming pool and spa systems and water technology!
