   Ian has 15 years experience in the London Reinsurance Market, during which time he has worked for major non-life reinsurers mainly on the underwriting side, most recently as an assistant property treaty underwriter. He joined Lambourn in October 2003 as a reinsurance consultant with the Projects Department. Since then, he has taken a lead role in several reinsurance recovery system implementations for both Lloyd's syndicates and reinsurance companies, making the most of his technical reinsurance ability, systems and client liaison skills. He is currently studying for his ACII.
