Sis Esther is the Convenor of FAADAR, the Forum of Afrikans & Afrikan Descendants Against Racism which organised the UK Afrikan community representation in the Afrikan & Afrikan Descendants World Conference Against Racism (AADWCAR) in Barbados, October 2002. The AADWCAR was the official follow-up for Africans and African descendants, to the United Nations 2001 World Conference Against Racism (WCAR) which took place in Durban South Africa, in 2001.

Following on from this commendable experience of organising, Sis Esther was selected to become the Secretary General of the Black United Front which seeks to promote Global Black Unity recognising the fact that there are many Black communities of Afrikan descent around the world who may not necessarily self-define as Afrikan but yet represent the majority of Black humanity. The Black United Front has been instrumental in the development of a Europe wide Black Parliament which seeks to be a truly independent, self-determing and representative grassroots parliamentary and advocacy organ to represent the true aspirations and interests of Black communities worldwide.

Under her co-leadership, the Black United Front spearheaded a Pan-Afrikan Family Mission in 2004 as a follow up to historic International People's Assembly on Zimbabwe in 2003 which she also chaired in her then capacity of elected co-Europe representative on the International Steering Committee of the Global Afrikan Congress. She is currently a co-coordinator for organising and broadening participation of Afrikans in Europe in the forthcoming 8th Pan-Afrikan Congress to be held in Zimbabwe.

Sis Esther is a dynamic and experienced community activist, advocate, grounded thinker and eloquent spokeswoman who has made a significant and tangible contribution to the Global Pan-Afrikan Reparations Movement. In particular, she is notable example of the role and prominence that Afrikan women continue to play in the movement. A tireless organiser, Sis. Esther is a founder member and the co-vice Chair of PARCOE, the Pan-Afrikan Reparations Coalition of Europe. PARCOE is emerging as the foremost Pan-Afrikan Reparations Coalition in Europe. She also serves as a Commissioner for Afrikans in Europe on NCOBRA's (National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America) International Commission (NIAC).

As a trained community lawyer, Sis Esther's principal mission in life is to make a difference for the betterment of those around her, her community and the world. It was this and subsequent experiences that brought her to the realisation that she could best contribute to her peoples' attainment of restorative justice by developing her work beyond the narrow confines of conventional legal practice. With her strong commitment to critical legal praxis, Sis Esther is considered to be a path-breaker who has charted new grounds in the theory and practice of holistic Reparations and other matters of human and peoples' rights.

Seeking to always "keep it real" and keep the programmes and strategies of the Pan-African Liberation Movement relevant to the concrete experiences, struggles and aspirations of the people, Sis Esther has set herself the challenge of developing new paradigms in Pan-Afrikan community regeneration and community development. She champions and exemplifies how we can mainstream grassroots agendas for positive social change though a process of critical Afrikan heritage community engagement. In this regard, Sis Esther is the Director of Grassroots Rising based in the London Borough of Southwark.
