   Jon Esther, a spokesman for Hamilton County Prosecutor Mike Allen's Office said this morning he is unaware of any investigation by Allen's office.
   
   The investigation would be launched by the police in the jurisdiction where the crime is alleged - most likely the Cincinnati Police Department or Hamilton County Sheriff's Department, he said.
   
   Officials at the Cincinnati Police Fraud Investigation Unit, likewise could not be reached.
