   Rob graduated from McMaster University in 1996 with a degree in political science. His interest in health and wellness promotion led him to a career with the YMCA in Ontario and Nova Scotia where he worked and volunteered in program leadership and fitness management. He graduated from the Massage Therapy program at ICT Northumberland College in 2006 and is a member in good standing with the Massage Therapist's Association of Nova Scotia. He is currently enrolled in his second year of study at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Halifax. He is also a yoga teacher, visual artist, and an avid surfer.

   Rob graduated from McMaster University in 1996 with degree in Political Science. His interest in health and wellness promotion led him to a career with the YMCA in Ontario and Nova Scotia where he worked in a variety of roles from providing leadership to recreational programs for young adults with special needs, to teaching a variety of fitness classes, to health and fitness management.
   
   He graduated from Northumberland College becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2006 and is a member in good standing with the Massage Therapists' Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS). He is currently enrolled in his first year of study at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Halifax.
   
   He has been a yoga teacher since 2001. He is also a visual artist, enjoys surfing, writing, and has recently been exploring his interest in performance dance.
