Larry Erickson is an experienced corporate learning consultant and a frequent conference speaker on the topics of distance learning and business performance improvement through learning.

Mr. Erickson's 30-year career has included positions in both corporate and academic sectors as a teacher, teacher-trainer, assistant professor, national marketing director for education systems and as an executive for a custom training development firm.Currently Mr. Erickson is the Executive Vice President of Learning and Development at Compendium Corporation helping to chart the course of talent and performance management solutions available to our customers.

Mr. Erickson's experience includes the authoring and publication of print-based career education materials, multimedia product training on topics such as TCP/IP protocols, insurance products, enterprise software and selling skills.He has also designed four enterprise software systems for learning management (mainframe, mini-computer, PC and web platforms) and managed teams to develop, install and maintain these systems.

During the past seven years Mr. Erickson has focused his energies on helping organizations improve business performance and reach goals.
