NorthBay Healthcare is known for providing the most sophisticated care in the Solano community, including an accredited cancer program, state-of-the-art emergency rooms and newborn intensive care, according to Joanie Erickson, director of Public Relations for the facility.
More than 1,600 people work for the organization, which has a stated mission of "Compassion Care.Advanced Medicine.Close to Home."NorthBay only exists for one purpose, she added: "to provide the best care possible to the people of Solano County."
NorthBay and the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce have a long-standing relationship that stretches back nearly 50 years, Erickson said."We have worked together on many community projects over the years, including the approval of NorthBay VacaValley Hospital more than 15 years ago."
NorthBay and the Chamber share a common vision, Erickson added."The Chamber helps keep the local economy strong and healthy which, in turn, helps keep the entire community healthy.Just like NorthBay Healthcare is committed to this community, the Chamber is committed to creating local jobs and a tax base for local programs that benefit all of our citizens."NorthBay is proud to be a Platinum chamber member, she noted, "and to participate in their many charitable efforts and their important work to improve the local economy."

The outreach works even better if even more businesses participate, Erickson suggested.
