Erickson, Consultant/Investigator, API Services, Inc.Green Bay, WI.Mr. Erickson worked for the Green Bay Police Department for 27 years, his last 5 years as Chief of Police.After his retirement from the Green Bay Police Department, Mr. Erickson served as interim Chief for Tomah, Clintonville and Pulaski, WI. In 1989, the Wisconsin General named Mr. Erickson "Outstanding Law Enforcement Executive of the Year."Mr. Erickson has an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy, the Police Executive Research Forum Training Program conducted at Harvard University, and the Southern Police Institute Program on Internal Investigations.He served as Chairman of the Multi-Jurisdictional Conference on Law Enforcement, which works to improve and promote cooperation between Native American and non-Native American police officers.Mr. Erickson worked as a consultant and trainer in law enforcement, personnel management, background investigations and gaming security for tribal governments.He assisted the Oneida Tribe of Wisconsin in the development of its Police Commission.In addition, he has taught courses at various colleges throughout Wisconsin and is a sought after lecturer around the country on law enforcement, gaming management issues, and illegal drug use/alcohol abuse by employees.Mr. Erickson was co-author of the study, "Indian Gaming and Its Impact on Law Enforcement in Wisconsin."
