Glenn has been in the protection industry for over 30 years.He served as police officer with the Milwaukee Police Department for 10 years before directing the operations of a private security guard company for 18 years.In 2000, he went into partnership with Diana Kuhrt to open Security Officer Services, Inc. (SOS).In his years on the street with DIstrict 7, he became very familiar with the different areas of Milwaukee.In his 18 years with the secuirty guard company he learned all aspects of what makes a good contract agency.His philosophy is that it lies in customer service, and good customer service is obtained by thorough training of the people providing the service from the security officers on the street, to supervisors, dispatchers and office personnel.
