    Erdman added that the college hopes these classrooms will carry them through until the new Tehama College is built.

    The building was manufactured in Sacramento and expected to be delivered in July, but complications came up in Sacramento, Erdman said.

    The modular building came up in four sections and was connected one to another.The cost of the building was between $160,000 and $175,000, according to Erdman.

    Construction industry watchdog Sally Riley called Al Erdman, vice president of administrative services, to voice her surprise that Shasta has contacted out-of-state contractors about building its Health Sciences and University Center.
