    Riley G. Epps, Board Member and Managing Partner Tejas Capital, 39.Mr. Epps was formerly the CEO of GlobalFit from October 2000 to July 2001 and was responsible for the overall management of the company with emphasis on formulating strategic sales and marketing plans.Additional responsibilities included identifying compatible business partners and bringing value-added services to GlobalFit's expanding customer base.

    Mr. Epps spent six years in the State and Local Tax Group at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he was instrumental in developing and expanding Deloitte & Touche's state and local tax practice.In 1995, he opened his own State and Local Tax practice, R.G. Epps & Co., which he successfully merged with Burr Wolff.L.P., a property tax firm, to form a complete, full-service state and local tax consulting and software company.In the process, and subsequently after the merger of R.G. Epps & Co., Riley was instrumental in obtaining a $55M valuation while raising $22 million in venture capital funds through a joint venture opportunity with two of the most prominent, global investment companies.

    Mr. Epps' interest in the fitness industry is propelled by his past experience in playing professional baseball with the Texas Ranger organization.Mr. Epps also served as President for Lifeline Gym in the southwest region.Lifeline Gym is a portable gym currently being sold in the retail market.

    Mr. Epps holds two degrees, Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Houston.Mr. Epps has conducted numerous in-house training seminars to assist clients in managing their State and Local tax matters, and specialized in e-commerce taxation.
