Susan graduated from Durham University in 1989 with a BSc Honours degree in geology.After working for five years as an engineering geologist, she returned to full time study law.She undertook her training contract with a firm in Dorset, and on qualification she decided to specialise in Wills & Probate work.She moved to Paris Smith & Randall LLP in 2002 and then to Steele Raymond LLP in 2005, before returning to London in 2006 to work in the City.Susan has extensive experience of handling the administration of estates, tax planning, wills, trust drafting & administration, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.She joined Glazer Delmar in May 2008 to head up and expand the wills and probate department.

Susan is an assistant solicitor in the Private Client Department and is based in its Wimborne office.She is experienced in dealing with wills, administration of estates, tax planning and trusts and local authority funding for care.

Education and careerShe read geology at Durham University and worked locally as an engineering geologist for 5 years.She decided to re-train as a solicitor and took the CPE and LPC at Bournemouth University.She joined Coles Miller in Poole in 1996 as a trainee, qualified in 1998, and moved to Paris Smith Randall in Southampton in 2002.Joining Steele Raymond LLP in 2005.

Personal informationSusan was born in 1968, has a daughter and lives in Bournemouth.Her leisure interests include theatre, badminton and mountain bike riding.
