Barbara spent several years at a large national association where shehas designed and managed its public and commercial websites.In thisrole she had oversight for all aspects of content acquisition andmanagement, content exclusivity through the member's only section, andpromotion of commercial products via the Web.Her expertise lies inperforming a critical analysis of association websites, conductingcomparative reviews, and providing tactical guidance for websiteenhancements.She has also worked within Ellipsis Partners on UsabilityStudies and site redesign projects.Her objective review of Webefforts, understanding of the day-to-day maintenance challenges, andgeneral knowledge of the Web has proven valuable to our clients.
