SEATTLE (August 1, 2005) - Perkins Coie announced today that Brian Eiting has joined its national business practice group as an associate.He will practice at Perkins Coie's Seattle office and will focus on corporate governance and transactions.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Eiting practiced as an associate at the New York office of Jenkens & Gilchrist, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance issues, and corporate contracts such as employment agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and limited liability company and limited partnership agreements.
Eiting will work with a team of more than 160 lawyers working from 10 offices across the country.The group has a broad charter, covering the full range of finance, transactional and counseling work for large public and private companies, leading emerging technology companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and some public entities.
Eiting earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a staff member for the Fordham Urban Law Journal.In 2001, he was selected to participate in a prestigious international law exchange program at the University of Amsterdam School of Law.He attended Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics. -
