   HERBERT C. EISSMANN, 76, of West Paterson died Sunday. Before retiring in 1986, he was a stationary engineer for Bamberger's, Newark, where he worked for 12 years and was a member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 68, West Caldwell. Previously, he was a stationary engineer for the Little Falls Laundry, where he worked for 28 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Post 108, Little Falls; the Disabled American Veterans, and the 69th Infantry Division Association. Arrangements: Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, Little Falls.
