   The restaurant's cuisine draws upon European traditions, particularly those of northern Italy and the Province region of France. (Chef Chris Eissler also created the popular Grapevine Restaurant in Raton.)
   
   However, dyed-in-the-wool steak and potato buffs will not be disappointed with Elm St. Station's classic steaks or seafood. In the interest of serious research, this writer, to date, has enjoyed three meals at the restaurant -- 1 lunch, 2 dinners -- all delicious.
   
   Owners Howard & Joanna Lackey, David & Julia Safford, and Chris and Amy Eissler made a brilliant choice as to serving staff: they recruited students from the TSJC drama department.
