Upon notification from the State Education Department granting Melissa Eissing full clearance for employment, Melissa Eissing shall, with no further action of this Board, be deemed appointed effective February 14, 2005, the date of commencement of the emergency conditional appointment.In the event the District receives notice from the State Education Department that Melissa Eissing has been denied clearance for employment, her employment in the District shall terminate immediately, without further action of this Board.
