Tina Eisman is an associate with the New York office of Paul , Hastings , Janofsky & Walker LLP.She is a member of the Firm's Real Estate Department and practices in all areas of commercial real estate law.

Ms. Eisman has a wide range of experience representing major financial institutions and other institutional investors in complicated commercial real estate transactions.Although Ms. Eisman's experience encompasses a broad spectrum of transactions , her practice has concentrated on the representation of lenders in a variety of types of financing transactions , including multi-state , multi-property syndicated loans , securitized loans , construction and permanent loans and other types of capital markets financings , including mezzanine , subordinate and equity financings.

Due to her experience as lender's counsel , Ms. Eisman is also able to serve effectively as borrower's counsel and , in that capacity , also represents real estate owners and developers in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate and structuring and the negotiation of commercial finance transactions.

Ms. Eisman is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany , where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration , magna cum laude , in 1990 , and was elected as a member to the National Honor Society.She attended Fordham University School of Law , where she was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Property.Ms. Eisman received her law degree in 1993.

Ms. Eisman is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars.
