Alyce Eisler, principal consultant, has a background in education and instructional design with over 16 years experience in the project management, design and development of: curriculum, documentation, interactive training, CBT and Web based training design and delivery, technology application, collaborative and independent learning, assessment and evaluation design.She currently teaches eLearning Design and Development at Temple University Center for Advanced Technology (TUCAT)and uses a variety of course development software tools including products from Macromedia, Lotus Notes, Adobe and Blackboard.

Alyce Eisler is MC2's instructional designer.She is responsible for online learning project development and management.

Her 20+ years in the field started with a position as an English teacher, then Alyce moved on to computer-based training (in the mid-80s)...leading to online learning.Her experience includes instructional design (synchronous and asynchronous), online curriculum development, strategic planning and needs assessment, project management, and client relationship management.She teaches Online Learning Design & Development, for which she designed the curiculum, at the Temple University Center for Advanced Technology.
