   Paul began his career working as an engineer for British Aerospace, focusing on computerised testing and development.
   
   He then joined Gemini Consulting as a management consultant, leading business launch projects for Telecommunications and Media clients across the world.
   
   Paul subsequently built and led the Technical Operations at peoplesound.com, where he was also one of the four founding Directors. Most recently, he headed up the Product Development and Marketing teams at Vitaminic, Europe's leading music download site.
   
   Paul graduated from Cambridge University in 1993 with a first class honours degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He is 31 years old and lives with his wife and son in London.
