Traci Eisenhower graduated from Florida State University in 1993 with a BS Degree in Food and Nutrition. She went on to complete her 1 year internship at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA and completed all training and testing to become a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. Traci has a diverse background including restaurant management, hospital dietitian, cancer nutrition counselor, weight loss counseling and consultant for long term care and assisted living facilities. She has extensive experience in menu planning for weight loss, heart disease and diabetes.
Traci is a member of the American Dietetic Association, the Florida Dietetic Association and the Palm Beach Dietetic Association. She is licensed in the State of Florida, License # ND 2856. She is also a member of the Palms West Chamber of Commerce.
