With over 30 years experience, Warren has developed extensive academic and practitioner credentials in the field of human resource management, compensation and benefit administration, and in employee and labor relations.
His experience spans the public and private sector as well as large and small organizations, including Director of Personnel and Training for Washington, D.C.'s Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), and Assistant Superintendent for Personnel Services of the Fairfax County Public Schools (Fairfax, Virginia) for 23 years.
With a Bachelor's degree from George Washington University, a Masters degree from the University of Virginia, and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, Warren's academic credentials have provided him with a theoretical and knowledge base on which he has developed a proven and effective practice.
He serves or has served on the Boards of the Arts Council of Fairfax County, the American Cancer Society, the Fairfax County Committee of 100, Leadership Fairfax Inc., and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce.
