   D. Andrew Eisenhauer, P.Eng. is a graduate of Dalhousie University and the Nova Scotia Technical College with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He sailed as an engineer in the Merchant Navy and worked in design and manufacturing in Ontario. He was a founding member of the ABCO Group of Companies and recently retired as Board Chairman. He was a Member of the National Research Council and its Executive Committee and a board member of several Provincial Research organizations. He was chairman of both the Nova Scotia and Maritime Divisions of the Canadian Manufacturing Association, board member of Maritime Tel and Tel Ltd. and Maritime Life Assurance Company, Chairman of the Board of the Technical University of Nova Scotia as well as being active as a member of Lunenburg Community Organizations. He has been made a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, The Engineering Institute of Canada and a recipient of an Honorary Doctorate from the Atlantic School of Theology. He and his wife reside at Second Peninsula, Lunenburg County.

   The Junior Achievement Nova Scotia Business Hall of Fame will induct Rob Dexter, chair and CEO of Maritime Travel and partner at the law firm of Stewart McKelvey, D. Andrew Eisenhauer, co-founder and retired chairman of the board of ABCO Group Limited and the late Enos Collins, privateer and banker.
