Carin Eisenhauer is Chief Operating Officer of the Glia Group, Inc. an Internet consulting and web strategy firm.Prior to forming Glia, Carin was Specialized Services Coordinator at Thomson Financial Publishing.In that capacity, she took a leading role in the creation of bankinfo.com, maintaining and enhancing the site on a daily basis.Other projects include: The Banking Channel, EC Resources and the American Banker Conference Pages, Kentucky Bankers Association.

Before joining Thomson, Carin worked in the legal division of the Oklahoma Bankers Association for 9 1/2 years.In that capacity she had a wide range of daily contact with bankers in all areas, from CEOs to tellers.She has attended numerous banking schools and seminars on all areas relating to operations, lending and compliance.

In the fall of 1994, the legal department of the Oklahoma Bankers Association started breaking ground on a Web site, which led to the creation of OBA Online in early 1995.The OBA was the first state bankers association to have a presence on the Internet.Carin worked with Mary Beth Guard to envision the concept, and they created a state-of-the-art Web site which received national recognition from banking regulators.

After the inception of OBA Online, Carin conducted one-on-one training sessions to introduce the bankers of Oklahoma to the Internet and familiarize them with the site.She also prepared several books for publication such as: Oklahoma's Uniform Commercial Code, Uniform Consumer Credit Code and the Trust Book and Estates.

Carin has over 6 years experience in Web site creation and development including, in addition to the OBA and TFP sites mentioned, the development of the web site for the Oklahoma State Banking Department.

Carin was one of a chosen few throughout the United States to work with the American Bankers Associations committee on the development of the Bankers Electronic Network.
