   Biography
   
   Mary Eisenhart is an agency management consultant and educator, and a frequent speaker at various industry meetings and events nationwide.She is currently managing partner for the Consulting Division of Agency Management Resource Group, a training, education, and consulting firm located in Lincoln, California, serving various facets of the insurance and financial services industries.
   
   Mary has spent 26 years in the insurance industry, both in independent agencies and with insurance carriers.In 1996, she became an insurance industry management consultant.Her experience includes all areas of agency management, including operations, commercial lines, personal lines, human resources, and MGA management.During her 7 years on the carrier side Mary managed all components of commercial lines underwriting, rating, and policy issuance.
   
   A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Mary has continued her insurance education by earning the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) designations.
   
   Mary has authored a Best Practices tool for IIAA, "The Next Generation: A Young Agent's Best Practices Leadership Guide," and has been a frequent contributor of articles for a variety of industry trade journals.She has chaired local and state IIABA Education Committees, and is a member of the Society of CPCU.
   
   Mary is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events, and develops and presents insurance industry management, technical, Best Practices, motivational, and risk management seminars throughout the U.S.
   
   Mary has been honored by the CPCU Society with its CPCU Sponsorship Award, by Crum & Forster as national Employee of the Quarter, by the Raleigh Association of Insurance Professionals as Woman of the Year, and has received the IIAB of Washington Max Walton Education Award.Mary is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
