John Eisenhart of the Lansdowne Police Department did respond to the scene and observed the suspect, identified as Amir Sanchez 26yrs old of the 1800 block of N. 54th St. in Philadelphia running south bound on Union Ave. carrying a cash register drawer.

Eisenhart engaged the suspect in a foot pursuit and was able to take the subject into custody with the assistance of a civilian employee of the diner.
