   Following an overview of funding in the current Fiscal Year 2007-08 budget from Lisa Eisenbud, DCF Chief of Staff, NJAMHA CEO Debra Wentz initiated a discussion about the need for a Cost of Providing Care (COPC) increase in the FY 2009 budget.
