    YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- City-based venture capital firm Torent Inc. has consummated the sale of one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Morrison Metalweld Process Corp., to Robin Eisenbrei and a group of key associates of Morrison.

    Eisenbrei is a graduate of Boardman High School and Youngstown State University. She began working for Morrison in 1983 as a secretary, she later worked in sales and continued to advance in the company until 2001 when she was named executive vice president. She is now president of Morrison.

    Eisenbrei was the first female member of the Railway Club of Pittsburgh and subsequently served as president of that organization. She was also the first female member of the Cleveland Roamers Railroad Association.
